Reading Call Centre Confidential for the last few months I've toyed with the idea of doing something similar myself, however, I haven't really got the time to put into it, it's hard enough updating this diary and keeping the updates flowing over at Snowbabies.
I thought about it again after last night's meeting and if I were ever to do something like this, it would probably read like a script for a Carry On Film.
