This sits just outside the visitor centre at Old Moor, I'm not sure what it does yet, I'll have to investigate next time we're down there.

Definately a wind generator. I have been to the Centre for Alternative Technology in wales and they have loads of them, of various sizes.
At some point in time I will put one up next to the solar panels. I could have a wind and sun powered computer...
